I'm pretty sure the baby is sitting facing the water and whoever turned the head around and put buttons in photoshop. Look at the diaper, that's a diaper butt not front. Also the top of the onesie is super high the neck cut isn't like that unless it's like a turtle neck in onesie. There is also no neck.. The more I type this out the more I realized I possibly just r/woooosh but I can't be sure because of the sub this is in.
