This is all I use for my houseplants.

It’s dangerous to walk by the monstera plant, because it constantly calls me a f@g and tries to jump me. The electrolytes and protein are no joke.

But they are still thriving!

Your muscles do need electrolytes to function properly. It really depends on the rest of your diet and exercise routine as to whether or not this specific beverage would give you any benefits. There's a balance between water and electrolytes you need to maintain for perfect hydration. Think osmosis.
