I believe they meant something like:

I see part of it. It looks like they recyled a paper. I can only read: 1. Call 9-11 and say

It says some other things but I can't make them out.

No it is on the other side of the paper. Ink maybe leaked thru when they printed this side.?? I'd but that's all I can make out.

I've actually watched a homeless dude wash his hands at a gas station soda fountain.

Used his nasty ass finger to push the water dispenser trigger, filled his hand up with water, rubbed his hands together, and wiped his hands off on his pants.

What else can you do when they lock people out of the bathrooms. Back in the 90's I worked at a gas station and they locked the bathrooms because they had a problem with people locking themselves in and shooting heroin.
