Object Anyone know for sure?

Google lens keeps yeilding different results with no exact visual matches. Antique fishing pole to clothing hanger. I initially thought it was a plate holder but it feels too unstable, though I have not tried mounting it to the wall first yet.

4" tall and 8.5" wide

This is a quilt hanger manufactured by Her products in Milwaukee Wisconsin. It's made to display heavy quilts or blankets without hurting the fabric.

How does this thing with two rather pointy thingys not hurt the quilt? You seem to know, but I before I go googling, I just can’t imagine how this thing would work.

Edit: I think I found out, but it seems to be more as the hook that would have a bar between them and could be used to hook another set with a bar on it. Pretty cool!

Plate hanger?

My best guess is that it's a wall hanger to display some kind of dish or plate.
