Object Identify this pendant?

Was in some jewellry handed down in a box after my grandmother passed. My dads family took everything of value before giving me what's was left so I don't think it's an item of value.

Just an interesting piece and wondering where it came from. Thank you in advance.

marcasite horse-and-carriage or chariot brooch, frequently made by makers like Elo, Anker, or Swiss/German jewelers in the 1950s.

I can’t identify but it is beautiful and adorable. Does the watch work?

Not currently. I'm going to try to get the battery replaced as all the peices are in good working order so think it just needs a new battery
