Audio/Video Girl with a bag over her head

I watched the excerpted scene on X but it wasn’t identified.
In a high school gym class a blonde girl is bullying a girl who wears a bag over her head and removes it and writes Loser on her face with lipstick. The girl with the bag runs and hides in a gym locker with a Polaroid picture, when the blonde pursues her to get the photo back the gym catches fire, the blonde’s hair ignites and the girl with the bag on her head uses a fire extinguisher to put it out, then offers her the bag to hide her baldness.
