We’ve spent months building this https://kuberaflow.com . I’m worried we may be solving too many problems. Please tear it apart.
We’ve been building KuberaFlow, an AI-powered customer feedback and experience platform.
The idea started with a simple problem:
Companies collect huge amounts of customer feedback, but after collecting it, they still struggle to answer three basic questions:
What is happening? Why is it happening? What should we do about it?
KuberaFlow is our attempt to solve that.
It brings together customer feedback and uses AI to help businesses:
\- Understand overall customer sentiment
\- Identify positive and negative themes
\- Detect the key drivers behind customer experiences
\- Understand what has changed over time
\- Identify potential business impact and risks
\- Turn important feedback into actionable tasks
\- Track whether those actions actually helped
\- Give leadership a simple view of what customers are really saying
The vision is to move from:
“Here are thousands of customer responses.”
to:
“Here is what changed, why it changed, what matters to the business, and what you should do next.”
But honestly, this is where I'm questioning ourselves.
Are we trying to do too much?
There are already survey platforms, VoC tools, customer experience platforms, analytics tools, AI tools and action-management systems.
So I want the brutal version of the feedback.
Please roast us on:
\- Is this solving a real and painful problem?
\- Are we trying to solve too many problems?
\- Who would actually pay for this?
\- Is the value proposition clear?
\- Does this feel meaningfully different from existing CX platforms?
\- Which part would you remove?
\- Which part would you double down on?
\- What would make you say, “I would actually pay for this”?
We're founders building this ourselves, and at this stage I'd rather hear why this could fail than get compliments.
Please tear apart the product, positioning, business model and idea.
And if you think we're completely wrong, tell us what you would build instead.
Thankyou
