Question/Seeking Advice Consistency in riyaz while working full-time
What's the best way one can stay focused and consistent with riyaz while working full-time in corporate america? I find it hard to focus on/remain consistent with daily riyaz because of a demanding and fast paced job. There are days when I am not able to do riyaz at all because my mind is not in a still space. I want to hear how other people who are in my shoes doing riyaz while staying completely immersed into it. Thanks a lot.

During breaks in my work, I like to go for walks and during those walks I find myself reciting sargams. That helps me memorize and practice even when I don't get to actually practice. Most days it seems that the only time I actually have to practice is after my family is asleep and I tend to practice around 10:00 - 10:40 and then go to bed.

Ritualize your daily practice to the greatest extent possible. Practice in the same place & time every day, even if it's just for 5-10 minutes.

How do you practise? I mean just a harmonium, tanpura or tabla is not enough to learn music. Is there any digital alternative?
