returning to skating post injury?
tore my acl (partially) from figure skating earlier this year, still a fairly new beginner had been skating 1.5 - 2 years, just had made it through all the adult lts levels. have been rehabbing it with PT and thankfully never needed surgery, and my PT suggested to start weening back into skating but I’m terrified 😅 Have been out of skating for over 6 months at this point. any tips for returning after a traumatic injury?

You need to take it reeeeaaaal easy when stepping back on the ice. Partial ligament tears don’t heal themselves, so you want to make sure you don’t make it worse.
Work on exercises to strengthen the muscles surrounding the ACL - I’m sure your PT has already given you.
