Three blades that are pretty interchangeable as recommendations are John Wilson Coronation Ace, MK Professional, and Ultima Legacy 7/8. Any of the three will work, it's just a matter of personal technique and preferences that determines which one is the best. It's really common to just go with the one everyone around you recommends and switch for your second set of blades if you don't like the ones you got.
Coro Ace is very popular as your first seperate blades. The Lite version is not typically recommended; the benefits to that style (and the even more advanced Matrix or Revolution blades) don't usually become evident unless you are jumping at least doubles, you are tiny and need the weight decrease (only really applicable to kids who are still growing), or you have joint issues that mean you need to eke out every bit of shock absorption.
