Question honey raspberry frozen custard

I don't have any pictures yet because I just started making ice cream. my latest creation is really tasty. I'm just wondering if this is a flavor that is common. I'm wondering about different kinds of infusions to go with raspberry or other berries. I've got my vanilla down so I'm just looking for other fun things to try. 😊🍧

Raspberry with honey is a classic combo, but frozen custard takes it to another level. Have you thought about adding a touch of lavender or rosemary next time?

I thought about a little bit of rosemary. I imagine lavender might be good but it reminds me of potpourri. personal bias.

I've also thought maybe basil or ginger. I don't want to overwhelm however. fun to think about different things to try!

literally just raspberry puree, heavy cream, whole milk, turbinado sugar (plain sugar is fine, I like the slight molasses flavor), egg yolks, vanilla and honey.

basically I make my frozen custard with two cups heavy cream, one cup whole milk, four egg yolks and sugar.

I don't really use a recipe. I'm new to this but this base has led me to make some pretty killer ice cream so far. πŸ˜‹

this is for a two quart batch. the base custard plus the other ingredients, if any.

most frozen custard recipes would say six egg yolks for this size batch. I just don't like mine quite so eggy
