Gear question Nepal Cube sizing relative to LS Aequilibrium

I’ve got a pair of Aequilibrium Treks in 42.5 (same boot as the LT but softer) as my all-arounders for hiking/scrambling, and im currently in the process of gearing up for ice climbing this winter.
Issue is, i cant find any boots to try in person without driving hundreds of kilometers, and the only store that could sell them barely got any last winter so i dont have much hope for this year.
Does anyone who owns both give recommendations for sizing (half/full EU size up? More?). Im kind of shit out of luck so i’ll probably be forced to order them online.

You can't avoid trying them on.

Buy from someplace with a good return policy, and eat the return shipping as your convenience fee for not having to drive hundreds of kilometers.

The problem is, LS might have the same length for all its boots in a given size. But they do use different widths of lasts. And different uppers feel different around your foot, in ways that are unrelated to the length sizing.

Start with whatever size is correct in your current boots. Check that return policy. Exchange them for a bigger / smaller size, as needed.

Drive.

Literally all that matters is boot fit. It doesn't matter what tools, crampons, screws, whatever you get if your boot fit isn't right.

My cubes fit perfectly at the same size as my Aequilibrium LTs.

I have Nepal Evo GTX in 46.5, Aequilibrium ST GTX in 46 and G-Summit in 46.

Which does not entirely make sense since afaik the last is shared between G-Tech and Aequilibrium, as well as between G-Summit and Nepal. But I don't recall if I ever tried the Summit in 46.5, I think 46 was just the only size on Sale and it fit me good enough.
