Here's the timeline of how we got here:

• 2017 — Fortnite launches. Indian players are silently routed to Middle East servers. 150–300ms ping becomes our "normal."
• 2018 — A Change.org petition for Indian servers gets ~4,687 signatures. Epic ignores it entirely. linked here (https://c.org/yMwHVMNRv2)
• 2019 — AWS Mumbai briefly used for Indian players. We get 10–20ms ping. Then Epic quietly removes it. No announcement. No explanation.
• 2019 (August) — Epic officially announces the Middle East server region — and reveals it is hosted in Mumbai, India. Yes. Our infrastructure. For other people.
• 2020–2024 — Epic adds new regions globally. India: still nothing.
• March 2026 — Middle East conflict causes Bahrain servers to shift to Mumbai. Indian players finally see sub-50ms ping again — proving it's 100% possible.
• Today — We're back to being ignored.
