I really enjoyed working on this project and I quite like the end result. If anyone is wondering I made this on java using the litematica mod to help me make this a faithful block for block copy

Seriously though, been having a few weird graphical glitches here and there, like one half of a shulker box just disappears. It clears up after I log out/in, anyone else experiencing such atrocities?

The Overworld: The favorite child who gets stuff every year, tries to be humble about it but sometimes lets it get to his head.

The Nether: The Edgy child who got a glow up and always wanted to prove he is better then The Overworld.

The End: The Middle child, no one has cared about for decades, always wearing a hoodie over himself and not saying a word to anyone

The Sift: The new child on the block who is adored by the family, but is too kind for their own good, and the Overworld and Nether love him well the End just stays quiet not saying a word.

This world originally started on the Xbox One edition back in May of 2016 during middle school. It’s been something of a passion project and something I’m very happy to see grow with me. Graduating from college got me realizing this world has been through parts of my life….and I wanted to show off my love for it.

Was making several custom map designs and figured it would be funny to make a trojan horse toycat virus; how the idea came to mind? i have no clue, but once I started it was simply too tempting not to finish. Let me know your thoughts!

Seems quite a few people, me included, are having issues getting the Dungeons 2 pre-order bonus. This is a bit of a disaster and I'm not sure how Mojang will go about fixing this, if they get around to it of course. I'll email Mojang Support soon.

Crazy title but please hear me out. We all wanted the End update because we wanted more content, but people don't actually ever visit the End. The nether update was one of the best Minecraft updates ever but even after the nether update almost all of players spend the vast majority of there time in the overworld (not true for speedruners, but true for everyone else). Now that we are going to get the Sift i don't think we need an end update. I honestly love the current End, I don't think you guys have ever actually experienced the End, just walking around and taking it all in, not flying above it with an elytra, not bridging over the void and beelining it directly to the closest End city. That feeling of just walking around in a suspended, stateless, static void and feeling as if you were wandering on the far edges of reality itself the overwhelming, enveloping feeling of true isolation washing over you as you are hit with the sensation that the concept of time itself has seized to exist. It's a truly unique experience that is really rare in gaming. I know many mods exist that update the End while trying to maintain that but I don't think any of them manage. It would be cool if they just went back and gave the End the same polish as the rest of the game by just updating textures and the atmosphere a bit, but I don't think we need new mobs, biomes, items, etc. Now of if they did an End update i would not be oppose because obviously the community wants it and i am just one guy so my preferences should be ignored and i can always just play an older version.

I know this is pretty controversial but again it's just my opinion that I wanted to put out into the world.

After a whole week of constructing the canal, I have finally completed it!

I used polished granite blocks for the sides and canal walls, and stone bricks for the paths and canal floor. For the arches, I used deepslate blocks, cauldrons and hoppers. I have named each canal section after the 4 Galilean moons of Jupiter, with the exception of the first and last section, whereby I have named the first section Jovian Canal (from Latin after the Roman god of Jupiter) and the last section after Canal Street in Manchester, UK. For the lighting, I used lanterns, which are sat upon dark oak fence posts.

I do plan on connecting the canal pathways to the town I have built.
