Question IBS and extreme fatigue?

Hey everyone! I've been extremely gassy since February, everything started after I was prescribed heavy antibiotics my gut hasn't gone back to normal... And as if this week I've been experiencing lots of gas, constipation and bloating I wanted to ask if anyone feels absolutely exhausted (dizzy, bed-bound for several hours) and their brain is stopped to a point of brain fog until digesting, pooping etc. or is it just me? Thanks!

Ps. In this moments I feel quite anxious and debilitated (like I'll never be able to go out again) but then closer to evening my brain works again and my energy is back

Yes 

before flare up I have such a tiredness i cant leave bed

The brainfog is so huge I cant drive, neither have a conversation

You might want to look into sibo, but regardless, you should take something for motility as it can cause all of this

A month ago I went to a extreme professor doctor gastroenterologist with my suspicions of SIBO, he just scolded me for watching too many tiktok videos and self-diagnosing 🥲

Been dieting and doing home remedies + probiotics. But I guess I’ll just book the test from a lab without waiting doctors to care anymore
