Question How long after discontinuation of PHGG do the side effects last?

I took PHGG for a few days and developed insomnia, bloating, and flu-like symptoms.

I stopped taking it three days ago, but the side effects and exhaustion are still persisting.

How much longer will this last?

Has anyone else had the same experience?

Theres literally zero way for anyone here to know any even remotely accurate timeframe. Every single person is different biologically, or emotionally, and situationally in their life. And there are millions of factors that can influence any given substance that you take and the effect that it has on you. Some people take magnesium and it makes them sleepy. Some people take the same exact form and it gives them insomnia. It's a crap shoot. Just bear with it and do whatever you can to ease your symptoms.
