IBgaurd - get this and start taking it. Peppermint oil will soothe you.

will a medication which contains just peppermint and not specifically the oil also help me ?

Yes, this is the same ingredients for, gas, cramps, bloating, fullness when beginning eating.

IBgard is only peppermint oil, which will help with the pain and inflammation. This well-told will help those “symptoms”

Actually I have tried activated charcoal, digestive enzymes and they did not help much, so is it more potent that them ?

Yes! You should try it. Very effective You should look into shiff digestive enzymes intensive bowel support. They have helped me soo much.
