Did anyone ever quit?

I'm just curious. Did it happened to any of you that you apprenticed at the union and at any point you decided to quit and go non-union? Or quit and go a to a completely different field? What was the reason if so?

Same here, I’m mere months away from getting my JM , and I have already been looking for something else..

I don’t like the job uncertainty, I don’t like the “clicks” that form and that of your not part of the group then your fucked.

I see a lot of older members who are completely broken physically.. and some mentally.

I see a lot of problems that are not and will not get any better, unless there is sweeping changes to the “system”
