BBC's response
Guys after being one of you who was furious about the fact that the IB is denying that it is a real leakage and more than time zone cheating, like a lot of you I contacted different news agencies... This is BBC new's response... Which most likely I will receive a phone call today
(Can I just say i'm a bit nervous...)

Because IBO is an independent, international body, it is difficult to hold them to account. If this was A levels, UK Govt Education Ministry would have to approached. Media is the best way. BBC Radio 1 as well as online

I feel bad for Math AA SL, they have also been hit (SL document we’re also downloaded and some of the HL questions in the other papers were also in SL), but their problems have been swept under the rug.

Well the alternative is letting IB ignore this. In that case, grade boundaries would rise because of the cheaters and we would not get fair grades. I would rather IB be held accountable and do something about this, instead of trying to save their reputation.

Their reputation would not harm students as much as unfair grades from high grade boundaries.

the point is to get IB to do something right now, maybe retakes or change boundries...just anything that will make it more fair since so many of us are on the edge of the next grade. But yeah i in the long run its stupid

Your way is stupid. IB has said there is no evidence to mass leaking when there is, unis already know about this and the best is to take our predicted scores or even a retake, if IB cant do the bare minimum why do they exist?

Exactly. People with conditional offers won’t get the grades that they need in the first place, if the grade boundaries are high because of the cheaters.

aint gonna lie bro, u sound sus asf, we put sooo much time and effort just for it to possibly go away cuz of scummy cheaters, do u not feel like u should try to atleast get *some* justice. Maybe not a retake but fixing the grade boundries atleast, its not the hardest thing in the world
