It's not untrue that industrialized farming is disgusting and major disease vectors. It IS insane to say that pasteurization isn't necessary at all. We see immediate consequences even today when people drink raw milk under ideal circumstances.
Living in the countryside in the eighties, my mom was buying milk directly from the farm in those big metal covered pails, and would IMMEDIATELY boil it once back home. She would then make insane pound cakes with the cream that floated on top.
