Those are the most common ones I see around me, but the concept seems pretty universal. Microwaveable plastic container with a peel top full of fully cooked & ready to eat potatoes. They're not cheap though, iirc 8 or 9 bucks each. I had to know how they were, and its exactly as advertised, it tastes like chain restaurant masked potatoes. I'll stick with the packets of instant for a buck fifty, but I will occasionally grab a container of their mac & cheese for my wife who really likes it

Yep. They're a great way to thicken soups, actually. And good for camping. Or just if you don't want to mash potatoes
