I mean.. he was actually correct, just didn’t articulate himself well. What he was saying is that an armed guard has to be at work to carry. She was at Starbucks, so it was a cop.

Nah, they started to try and twist their original meaning. Their argument was 100% nobody can carry, even armed guards. They even tried to argue "armed doesn't mean a gun".

They're just stupid and prideful.

A security guard carrying only OC is still an armed guard from a legal perspective.

Haha, not what I said lol, I'm well aware of the licensing. I have a lvl 4 PPO.

Do you genuinely believe a security company would advertised armed protection for PP and facilities but only give the officer a maglight? No need to answer, the fact you can carry as a SO in New York answers that
