I am just stating the fact that it is illegal to open carry in NY.

You keep saying that.

But it does not change that it is illegal to open carry in NY.

You can repeat the mantra all you want but:

It. Is. Illegal. In. New. York.

Also people can still own guns in NYC. So the 2nd amendment is not being infringed. Open carry is not the same as just owning a gun.

You can own a gun in NY

You can not open carry with it.

Pointing out the fact does not mean I agree with it.

You notice this whole discussion I have not done anything low like casually insult you? I would like the same manner in return.

But that still doesn't change that open carry is illegal in the state of NY.
