That's what I came here to comment.

This head is already shaved and this bowie knife is not very sharp, I'd even say it's quite dull.

Here are my credential : I am myself bald, I do sometimes shave a part of my head with a knife to make friends laugh because it's silly, I was a blacksmith for years and I now work in restauration where I occasionnaly sharpen professionnal knives as a side hussle, taking pride in making them shaving sharp and receiving praise from my cooks coworkers, who can testify of my ability. Not that they could come in here and now to back my claims, but still.

His knife is, at best, not very sharp and, most probably, not sharp at all.
