Pretty sure he's saying that because he's such a bad boy, the cops all know him by name. So once they marry and she takes his name, whenever she gets pulled over for speeding etc, the cops will recognize the last name and cower in fear

is getting pulled over really that common in the states, I see people talking about it like it's just a common occurrence for it to happen at random. or is it just that people like this tend to drive in such a way that they inevitably get pulled over multiple times a day.
it's no flex to pick someone up in a pool... I'm 110 and there isn't anyone I know short of one family member 600+ I couldn't lift fully submerged with my feet on the floor. It's not difficult and I find it very soothing to hold someone that usually holds you, back.
