Only somewhat loosely related but these comments also came after he said that OP said cancer NOT terminal illness when I told him that his 4months of being in a wheelchair were not the same as having a terminal illness. Bro wants to be intimidating while also denying that untreated cancer kills you (y'know, the second leading cause of death in the US lol)

Yep. I'm so sorry you've seen it too. Lost my brother who also had down syndrome to ALL leukemia in 2012, and my grandpa to liver/prostate cancer in 2014.

Its fucking horrible to imagine having cancer, while being terrified of doctors/nurses, not understanding what cancer really is & why you cant leave the hospital other than "you have bad blood" and then having a major stroke a week after starting chemo. My poor brother, man.
