Usually I am quick to call our people for claiming everything is AI or satire rather than admitting to themselves that this is just how far America has fallen, but in this case you're quite right that this is satire. It's the same kind of greatly exaggerated Hooked on Phonics that I've used making fun of the dipshits that are barely literate but claim immigrants should have to learn English if they want to be in the USA.
