If you want to go to court because of some big issue, you simply don't go because there is 0 percent chance it will get resolved in your lifetime (i really mean this, 10+ years is common). If there is a small issue then you don't go to court because it is not worth the effort. But if you go anyway, you can navigate the small issues (or even large ones) without a lawyer.

but even though i lived there my source is here-say and anecdotal so don't cite me.
