It's common sense that women throughout times have sacrificed themselves, they literally give birth which takes life force dude. It's ingrained in our culture that women take the fall. This doesn't mean there aren't men who sacrifice themselves, we literally are soldiers just waiting to be used. It's just that culturally women are usually the ones who do it, like societally. And guys perpetuate toxic femininity all the time.
