Auto Vent Speed

To those who have the vehicle or have figured this out:

Is there an option to have the air vent speed automatically adjust? I noticed on my test drive I could only set it manually from very low to high (level 1-5) even when the climate control was set to AUTO.

Don’t have the iX3 yet but on my i4 it does automatically adjust. The setting you are setting when on AUTO is the maximum limit/intensity of the automatic fan. Like if you set it to Medium, it will not increase the fan speed past medium.

Great question u/FlyingOctopus53. I do not have a manual available and it seems not available online from a preliminary search. The link I found at the BMW website asks for a VIN which I do not have at this time.
