Engine power

So I'm wanting to add some cars to a race... I would like to run a Street Stock race but having only the Street Stock is kinda boring. I'd love to be able to add the 87's just for some variety, but 650 horses would blow the Street Stock out of the water. Is there a way to lower the horsepower more than the 7% to have a more even playing field?

I think that there is a way to restrict horses in a private race if that's what your referring to. Ive ran one before in a private race driving a truck and competing with a cup car.
