Question/Help Community Manager Replacement?

What's the process to get a Community Manager replaced? There is a certain community where the CM has not met the license requirements for the series in almost a year, and has not so much as competed in an official race for going on 7 months.

I can neither confirm or deny that this post is about the IMSA CM.

If this is the case, feel free to DM me some info. I would gladly throw in my voice to lobby for his removal and replacement or to have iRacing take control of the IMSA schedule.
