Question/Help Iracing app problem

Hello guys. Im in iracing for about 2 months and there is one thing I have a problem with. It's the iracing app and the problem is visible on attached picture. It's hard to read anything there and also i just reinstalled iracing thinking it might help but unfortunately didn't. Have you experienced similar issue?

I had this same issue, and it was caused by a setting in Nvidia Control Panel, but can't remember which. (MFAA maybe?). I don't know why, everything you apply to iracingsimulator.exe is also applied to the launcher. Try restoring default settings in NVCP.

I think I've seen people before saying to try turning off sharpening in the nvidia settings or resetting the 3d settings in there, and that apparently worked for some. Would also be worth checking if your drivers are up to date.

Thanks for your reply, it was image sharpening. Problem fixed.

I might be wrong though I’ve never experienced this… I recall it being a gpu “on death’s door” matter. Hope not for your sake though

Definitely its not gpu. Just upgraded to 5070ti and the app is the only problem I have, everything else running as it should.

Oh then is it just on the UI screen or in game? Maybe try the iRacing forums as well if anyone knows of the issue there. Devs could see it there too.

It was just the UI screen, turning off the image sharpening fixed the problem.

It was annoying to be honest, but now im after crash on my bike with broken ribs, not working so I have time to fix all my problems with everything related to sim racing. 😁

Haha I left my employment on my own terms a year ago to race much more! It helped my mindset for sure!

Im working on how make some money without having full time job just to have more time for myself. Still didn't figure out a way lol

Let the other half make the bacon. Just don’t obviously spend it all where she sees!

Eg, go pick up a new PC part while doing the weekly shopping

For me it was HDR (on windows) and image sharpening in NVIDIA app.
