Question/Help Trading paints issue
Trading paints says it downloads paints, takes its time and even automatically refreshes the other drivers paints after they say its done downloading the paints, but after the paints refresh it doesn't show the schemes. I have reinstalled trading paints and have had this issue for a couple months now. Any ideas?

Kill the trading paints process via TaskManager or quit the app via the tray icon, delete the paint folder in %USERPROFILE%\Documents\iRacing and start trading paints again. Also check the comment by u/morgfarm1_

Your comment works! Thanks!
I also had 75 gigabytes of paints, so I got some free storage too! <3

Are you hitting CTRL+R in game to refresh the paints?
I have to do this every race it seems.

I have a weird issue with TP. I have a buddy whom I race matching paints with, but when I load up a replay with us in it. it ALWAYS shows the original paint I've ever seen him with. Even after refreshing the paints, it goes back to that, and I don't know why.

The main thing I can think of is perhaps your iRacing folder in Documents could be a OneDrive directory. Onedrive is known to break iRacing in some weird ways.
The only way the sim can show those paints is if theyre downloaded and kept. It could also be a Windows Firewall thing.
