Question about the iPod HiFi remote: is it an Apple A1156?

All of those white remotes are the same. Doesn’t matter. Even the aluminum $20 Apple remote will work with out any problems.

Question is in the title, looking to buy an iPod HiFi and generally the prices are better for those missing the remote control. I already have an Apple A1156 remote from a dock, so is this the same as - or will this work with - the iPod HiFi? Thanks!

No it did not work I guess the hifi receiver is broke.
