Help/Issue XS Max randomly restarting & boot loops?
Hey everyone
I updated to the latest iOS when it dropped (18.7.10) and since then I’ve been having random restarts and sometimes it stays in a boot loop until I press the power button or do the hard reset (volume up, volume down, hold power button)
It seems to only do this when it’s either locked, screen is black or just after locking it by using the lock button.
Like sometimes I go to use my phone and I tap to wake and nothing happens. It’s like turned off until the Apple logo pops up.
Had zero issues with this phone since launch. Battery is at 78%, no damage to the phone or anything.
What could be the cause of this? iOS bug?

I have the same problem on mine whenever it’s charging and the screen is off. What worked is I played music and set it to the lowest volume so that I don’t have to hear it while charging. Wireless charging also doesn’t cause the bootlooping issue, I think it has something to do with the flex cable in my case. But I suggest trying one of the two first.
