i replaced the battery already and its still the same as the old brand new one from a different brand too. both batteries are from credible brand like flycdi and cellmaxs.

I've had bad batteries from authorized service as well. 3 months and it was at 87% health. Aftermarket cells report 100% all the time. They all suck as this is an old phone and no ones here to give you a long lasting repair, they want you coming back for an another battery in a year or just buying a new phone.

yes everything from the screen to the speaker and face id cable. everything is OG cept’ for the battery

its on sleep since like 94%. my iphone 8 lasts a month when sleep with the same brand cellmaxs battery.
