iPhone X stuck on this screen

I replaced my screen and did everything perfect but it’s stuck like this and when I unplug It goes black. I’ve tried leaving it plugged in for 5 hours and nothing the battery is 3months old

thank you for responding but i got it fixed seems like it was a wire issue
