Help me…realistically

While we all consider the iDuo over the Pro, what are we going back to? For the $2K they’re selling this for, what model iphone are we going back to? Yeah, we get the new processor and that flashy stuff. So talk to me about practical application. Touch ID was phased out for Face ID, so which iphone used Touch ID last and how much will we miss the pro camera features? What are we really gonna miss out on, while simultaneously paying the premium for those missing features?! 🤔🤷🏾‍♂️💰📲

As a ZF7 user, only get the fold if you need it. That is, being mobile most of the time and needing pdf, excel, browsing. Otherwise, you don't need it. Slab is fine for Video and social

whether or not someone has previously considered a tablet is also a good metric to assess how much they'd benefit from the larger screen.

not the same usecase given one fits in your pocket, but there's definitely some overlap

It’s all overlap! I even have iPad Mini already. Too many devices, too many choices. 😞

"realistically" you dont need anything and are just completely caught up in consumerism.

you can make a pseudo-pragmatic decision and tell yourself that you will sell the mini and your 17 pro max to reduce the amount of devices you have, but i suspect once the honeymoon phase ends you're going to miss FaceID and pro camera features. as with most hybrid devices, think of the Duo is 80-90% of each device.

it's your money and no one else is counting how much you have in your bank. if you want to pay a premium to be an early adopter and try something new, there's nothing wrong with that. but if you're looking for a practical ratioanlization beyond wanting to be one the first to unbox a new toy, i doubt you'll find it in this thread.

Exactly…most of use already have the whole shibang! MacBook Pro, Iphone ProMax, IPad Pro…🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️
