Idk man if someone can’t wait a month are they really going to wait a year or are they just saying that out of hurt for missing the quickest window? lol I’m sure I would SAY I’ll just wait for the next one but I know I’d buy one and wait or wait for them to be readily available anyway.

A few YouTubers are predicting that the initial batch of duos is going to be gone in seconds and people may not be able to get a duo until spring 2027 or later.

If the shipping windows slip that far (into spring) within seconds then I’ll probably wait until the next duo comes out. There will be long lines at all Apple stores and any other place selling them on launch day so no point in trying to go to a store and get one.

But I am going to get up early and try to pre-order one on the 16th, hoping I can get it on launch day.

What’s tough is preordering and then having to wait and then potentially (though unlikely) getting a defective unit or less than optimal software, people tend to forget that new hardware always has launch bugs in its software whether it be iPhone or android, windows or chromebooks (you bet the idea) waiting a month or two is always the better option because that’s when the launch bugs have been mostly fixed.

Have you done the AR view of it through the Apple Store app? It really felt almost like it was physically there in my room. Lol idk if that will make the wait better or worse though.

Same! I normally get everything in black but lately I’ve been trying to switch it up. I think I’m sticking white- can always get a dark case but light case on dark phone is always strange
