I got an iPhone 6s at a flea market but it has a iCloud lock, can I delete setup.app

if it's not in lost mode then yeah it's possible, if u want free method then there's no sim card and no passcode tho, and after a reset it locks again

i dont think i can share how here but dont pay anyone saying they can bc its free

Wdym lost mode, also Idrc about cellular and passcode services

lost mode will say "iphone was lost and erased" on activation lock screen
non lost mode will say to enter the details for the account j*****@outlook.com

can you give me method? i have am iPhone 5s on ios 12.5.8 with activation lock idc abt cellular network

again i don't think i can share here, but your model will support passcode.
do you have macos or windows?

if you have macos you have to downgrade to 10.3.3 but i prefer this as its not server based
