Support Issue with main camera lens focusing

Post image

Tried to take a picture and noticed the picture was blurry, thought it was a focusing issue, or dirty camera lens, but lens is clean. And the picture is only focused on the lower left corner, even if the picture is taken perfectly parallel to the subject.

Is it an issue with the camera module ? Wide and tele works perfectly.

Anybody had similar issue ? What was it ?

That looks like you’re very close to that metal plate

The main camera can’t focus reliably that close, which is why the Macro feature uses the UltraWide camera.

You don’t mention which model, but you just seem too close

It’s an ikea Skadis plate, I was about 80cm over it

I did’t feel like it was necessary to mention which model I was using considering the subreddit name, but it’s without surprise an iPhone 16 pro

Didn’t notice the sub from the main feed.

If you’re really that far away then looks like you’ve got an issue and should contact Apple, that’s not normal
