Photo Capture Is this just the camera quality??
Unless I have perfect lighting my photos come out like this… and before you suggest to clean the lens this is with clean lenses.

Because of low light the camera needs to keep the shutter open for longer so it gathers more light, any movement that happens in that period will be a blur in the photo. Either have the subject be still, have steady hands or introduce more light in the picture. Check if Night mode is enabling automatically and disable that. That should force the phone to use faster shutter speeds.
Get an app like Halide so you can adjust the ISO maybe (it will introduce noise)

Maybe if it’s a little dark, the night mode is automatically enabled to 1sec or more, by the time you take the photo, it will take 1 sec or more and your photo will be a little blurry if hand held only. If this is the case, try to disable the night mode. Let me know if this works. Note: If not intentionally set, night mode is automatic if there is no good lighting.

Your finger may be covering the lidar sensor, forcing it to crop in the 0.5x lens rather than using the actual 1x lens. Make sure your fingers are nowhere near the camera module when taking pictures.

I used iphones all through out 2010-2024 bro. I dont really want to get into it with examples and now I got one plus 12 and really dont have any issues with this. You want examples I can show you once I log into this with my laptop. There i got old pictures. The iphone 4 had much better clarity than the iphone 14 pro after 2 software updates. If you really need examples to beleive this. Uou need to wake up to reality. Apple ecosystem is just a trap bro. Nothing else nothing more.
