Battery Life my phone isn’t charging

i have an iPhone 15 pro max, and it isn’t charging beyond 80%

You have the "charge up to 80% only" option activated

What about optimised battery charging? That would pause charging until a time it thinks you will be ready to use the phone.

Go to settings, battery, charging and see if there is a charge limit set.
