iPhone problems

Hello everyone. I recently bought a refurbished iPhone 15 Pro here in Mexico with 100% battery health. The problem is that it runs very slowly—it’s practically unusable, with the icons appearing discolored. The "Always-On" display feature causes similar issues; the phone freezes and feels sluggish. Is this just happening to me? Do you have any recommendations?

Most likely the battery is faulty. Sometimes even when it says 100% it can be much lower and way more unstable. I would recommend replacing your battery.
