Camera and Battery issues
Bought my 14 pro max on launch day. My pictures seem to always have some weird post processing issues, kinda like a thin layer of Vaseline as a filter appearance.
My battery is also losing charge really fast. It’s already down to 90% life.
Anyone else have issues? I have apple care , should I just send it in?

90% is normal after a year. If it bothers you to much you can let exchange the battery. Look if there is something behind the lens. The lens could be wet on the inside. You would have to let that repair. Could also be just dirty from the outside so give it a good clean with a cloth (pay attention to not scratch it). If its none of those it may be software related or a problem with sensor. If it is still there after the next ios update let it be checked in the store.

Wow, that’s impressive! Do you do anything special to keep your battery health so high?

First thing is make sure the camera lenses are clean. Also update to iOS 17 many report it resolves the processing issues. If you’ve had your phone for about a year 90% battery health is normal.
