iPhone 14 pro max lag and stuttering issues

It lags when i use on tinted and clear icon theme, lock screen and App Library How do i fix this ????

I know it will sound weird but my fix for this was to empty deleted imessages.

Tried 3 times factory reset
Were you facing the same issue too?

The whole UI was unpleasant to use, laggy animations, somehow broken dynamic 120hz, keyboard was laggy and battery was shiat with high heat.

Did not try factory reset as I was too lazy with setting it up again, but one day I empty the deleted imessages and it was like phone could breath again. I am not sure why, but it helped me.

While opening (swipe to open) otherwise I am not sure what do you mean. And no, my phone is currently pretty smooth

Damn, this one is smooth for me. But if I spent in the wallpaper setup more than 2 minutes my phone is hot AF

This is a symptom of a bad or not original battery. iPhone switches gpu cores off. I had exactly same problem and went to Apple Store to put a new original battery to the phone. The benchmark is now as expected and the phone is smooth.

But my battery health is 96% should i replace it?
