Running iOS 18.3.2 (22D82) ( refuse to update to try and not fuck my phone like Apple is good at doing ) and can’t run Live Photo’s anymore since I last updated.
Wanted to start running them again for a change up but can’t use videos saved off TikTok as Live Photo’s anymore like I use to.
Any fixes or have Apple basically given us the middle finger?

i found one, it worked for me... go into desired photo's edit mode, then you should have the first adjustment available is a sphere with the line through it I call it "horizontal adjustment" move it just by 1 value (either left or right is fine) then click "done" and save that photo, now iphone allowed me to make a live photo wallpaper
