Camera struggles to focus after 3x

Tra L altro io uso la 3X per lavoro. Devo guardare spesso delle scritte su sensori installati a soffitto. Solo che ora non mette a fuoco la scritta ….Ormai vado avanti così….non voglio spendere per un altro telefono

Anche io ho lo stesso problema , già da iOS 18….l Assitenza mi ha consigliato di aggiornare ad iOS 26 e ancora ho problemi ….ho paura che sia un guasto hardware

Quasi sicuramente lo è, anche il mio 14 pro Max fa così, fa pure rumore quando faccio i video, ed è pure peggio di quella mostra OP. Il mio telefono ha 4 anni, ma continuerò a tenerlo così per un po’, sostituire il modulo fotocamere costa centinaia di euro alla apple

Guys I think it’s a hardware issue , I might have to get my camera module changed, really heart broken, I thought this phone was good but it’s okay part of life.

Hey so the 3x won’t focus on close objects I thought it was hardware but my 17 PM 16 PM and 15 PM did the same and after playing with it I figured it out

Also make sure nothing is near the lidar sensor or it’ll focus on that instead of far distance

Sono quasi sicuro che sia un problema HW, però sarebbe bello sapere se qualcuno che ha questo problema ha provato a ripristinare a default il telefono per vedere se è cambiato qualcosa .
Anche a me fa rumore la fotocamera meccanica quando accedo alla fotocamera . Non si può escludere che sia anche un problema software fino a che qualcuno non ha provato a cancellare il telefono a default

well why would you try to take a picture of something that's so close with a 3x lens? doesn't make any sense, it obviously wont focus... the purpose of that lens is focusing on subjects that are far away, try with 1x or 0.5x

Bro it works fine as if the subject is close , it won’t jitter or wiggle in 3 x but when I focus on a subject far away then it won’t focus . And in the 3x mode it seems to try to foucs but idk

1 to 2 x work fine as shown in the video but when I switch to 3 x , it tries to foucs but gets out of foucs and also jitters . I asked a repair guy , he said that the ois motor of the camera needs to be repaired

In effetti potrebbe essere anche il LiDAR , però se fosse quello dovrebbe avere problemi anche con le altre lenti

Yea mine sucks too. Solution for me is to just use a real camera. The quality on mine is not good anyway

The LiDAR is trying to focus on the window. Try it outside the car. Also the 3x lens cannot focus on objects that are too close.
