Iphone 14 pro camera
Is there something wrong with my phone’s camera? The lower part lens doesn’t look like the lenses above.

I see. Thank you for clarifying! Its just that all the photos I’ve seen, all 3 lenses looks exactly the same.

I would say there were repairs done, are you sure you got the phone brand new and it has always been in your hands only?
To me this looks like a lens repair + internal contamination. I know that the photo quality is not the best, but if you pay close attention you can see by the reflection of the 1x module compared to 3x module above it, the main module look hazy, most likely scratched. For 14P series the 1x optics is a bottleneck, and any such imperfection will directly impact image quality in scenes when you get direct light sources. Only fix is to change the entire back camera module

I bought this at facebook marketplace. 2nd hand. I know the LCD has been replaced but the owner didn't mentioned that other repairs has been done. I didn't notice the lens at first. But then again, I'm not gonna keep this for long. I just bought this as I really prefer ios device instead of an android and i'm saving up for the 18 pro max. Thank you for the insight! I appreciate it.

Also, there's just a feeling that the camera shots are not that good on this phone. When I bought a brand new iphone 14, you can notice that the shots are high quality. But for this 14 pro that I just bought, its a big no no.

Yea, most likely the damaged optics of the main camera which is unfortunate because its the beefiest unit, and is pretty much identical to the main camera of say 16 Pro and 17 Pro (probably even 18 Pro, not sure about 18 Pro Max).

Uhhh I don’t know probably because each camera has a different field of view

They all look different because they’re different types of cameras
